BELLA is a "Software as a Service" solution (SaaS) and the infrastructure is built on Microsoft's cloud solution "Azure". Our subscription solution includes operation, hosting, support, ongoing development, maintenance of the solution's integrations, and onboarding.

Task management

Create task catalogs and upload them with automatic deadlines for the cases to structure the work flow of the employees. All task descriptions are automatically compiled to draft creditor and lien holder information. Additionally, you can create processes that send automatic emails to involved parties, such as directors and banks.

Company info and KPI analysis

Information about the company, management, board members, purpose, etc., is automatically retrieved from CVR. Financial information is obtained through partners and key figures are listed for trustee review. The assets and liabilities of the bankruptcy estate are compared with the most recent known financial data, and a table is generated for use in creditor reports.

Bank account analysis

Retrieve account statements via our integrations to Nordic banks. Review data manually or let our algorithms help analyze the company's transactions, which can be transferred to the dispute module where summonses are drafted with references to legal sources.

Assets and iOS app

Take pictures of the estate's assets during visits to the operational site and let the app journal the pictures in the case. Prepare sales reports, value and realize the assets, and let BELLA send status messages and values to creditors and lien holders. Do you use partners for the sales process? Integrate or import valuations and sell the assets directly at auction.

Bankruptcy accounting

BELLA offers comprehensive bankruptcy accounts and you get the opportunity to tailor the functionality to your needs with your own chart of accounts, split VAT, and separate operating and lien holder accounts.
